Our client, based in Jersey, one of the largest privately-owned providers of trust, corporate and fund administration solutions, is currently seeking an Information Services Support & Training Administrator to join their team. You will be a key contact for IT Help desk calls and will respond to and resolve issues with minimal supervision. You will provide general workstation and end-user support, including communication with and supervision of external vendors and contractors.
The successful candidate will train new starters on existing systems and applications (including MS Office and SharePoint) and be a central point of contact for answering queries. You will also learn new systems or applications as they are adopted and provide support and training for users.
