This company is an established charity that provides a range of specialist abuse support services to women, men and children across the West Midlands region. Their holistic, trauma informed support enables victims to escape violence and abuse, cope with trauma and build resilience.
Your new role
You will work under the community services directorate and be responsible for managing a caseload of high risk domestic abuse victims experiencing stalking and/or harassment. You will support victims through evidence based methods in order to identify risk, stalker typology and support needs. You will be providing practical guidance and safety advice, referring to relevant external agencies where required and advocating on their behalf as part of the MARAC process. You may also have some involvement in promoting campaigns, events and training, raising awareness in the local area around stalking and harassment.
