The Opportunity
As an Independent Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate your own recruitment business under a well-established brand, with full autonomy over your niche, clients and growth strategy. The back-office, compliance, marketing and technology will all be managed centrally, so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals. You will keep what you earn, less a contribution to overhead/back-office costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Grow your client base and candidate network within your specialist sector.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, while maintaining high service standards.
- Client & Candidate Relationships: Deliver tailored solutions to retain long-term partnerships.
- Compliance: Adhere to UK employment laws and ethical and contractual standards, with support from the head-office team.
- Collaboration: Share insights and opportunities with a consultant network to drive collective success.
