Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure new client partnerships by building strong relationships with businesses.
2. Source, screen, and match top-tier candidates for client roles in various sectors.
3. Manage the full recruitment process, from initial outreach to candidate placement.
4. Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates to ensure successful partnerships.
