Join Our Team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist at Boots Online Doctor (Weekend Only)

Are you an experienced Independent Prescribing Pharmacist looking for a flexible role with the opportunity to make a real difference? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Boots Online Doctor team on a weekend-only basis. This is your chance to provide expert care and advice, helping patients access the healthcare they need from the comfort of their homes. About the role

1. Undertake online consultations and prescribe when appropriate
2. Follow our strict guidelines for prescribing
3. Use our secure IT platform for all patient interactions
4. Undertake video or telephone consultations when needed
5. Attend our training events and take part in clinical meetings
6. Maintain your own skills and CPD

What you'll need to have

1. Registration with GPhC or NMC
2. Independent Prescribing Qualification
3. You will be aware of your own limitations and of relevant national guidelines
4. You will have experience of consulting with patients and making independent decisions
5. You will be able to make decisions promptly and know when to ask for help
6. You will have a can-do attitude and be committed to always improving our services
7. You will be a flexible team player who can thrive in our start-up mentality. We have a lot to learn and iterations are frequent!

It would be great if you also have

1. Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Practice
2. Experience in Primary care, Sexual Health or Dermatology
3. Previous remote/online consulting experience
