As an Independent Advocate, you will provide crucial support to vulnerable adults facing significant health challenges. Your role will involve advocating for their rights, ensuring they have a voice in decisions that affect them, and providing information and guidance to help them navigate various services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advocate for the rights and interests of vulnerable adults.
2. Provide support and guidance in navigating health and social care services.
3. Assist clients in expressing their views and wishes.
4. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in advocacy or support roles.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable adults.
