Alternative Provision Learning Mentor

We are looking for dynamic, child-centred applicants for this key position within our Inclusion Team.
As a Learning Mentor in our Bridge and KS3 Alternative Provision, you will be working at our on-site alternative provision hubs, supporting and enabling students with behavioural needs to reach their full potential.
Salary Scale for this role: LGA Scale 5 Point 13 (£28,163-£30,060 FTE), Actual Salary £25,650 per annum.
Working hours: 37 hours per week 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday / 8am-3.30pm Friday, term time only, paid for 47.36 weeks per year.
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2025.
