Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This position will be a hybrid position, working out of our site in Chippenham.
Your future duties and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Incident Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing incidents and problems within our project/programme, ensuring that working services are restored promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring robust experience as an incident manager (or a similar role) and have a deep understanding of identifying, treating, and eliminating incidents, problems, and changes.
