Details of the Role

The Incentives team specialises in advising private equity sponsors and public and private companies on the structuring and taxation of management equity and share incentive arrangements.

As part of this dynamic and high-performing team, you will:

1. Advise clients on management equity and share incentive arrangements, ensuring alignment between leadership teams and investors.
2. Support corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
3. Collaborate on resolving complex tax, employment law, and governance issues for private equity and corporate clients.
4. Play a key role in delivering innovative, commercially driven solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

1. 5-8 years PQE with substantial experience in management equity, share incentives, and private equity transactions.
2. Relevant knowledge of employment law is preferred but not essential.
3. A proven ability to handle complex, cross-border legal matters.
4. A strong academic record and experience at a reputable international law firm.
