*Your Responsibilities:*

* Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone.
* Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers.
* Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures.
* Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions.
* Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations.
* Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.

*What Are We Looking For?*

* Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service for our Client.
* Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
* Punctual And Conscient.
* Good Attention To Detail.
* Managing Complaints

*Hours:*

* 40 Hours Per Week
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20.00
* 1 in 3 Saturdays 0800-1200

*Salary:*

* £11 P/H
* Paid fortnightly

*Requirements:*

* Full Time Availability
* ID & Uk Right To Work Required (Passport Or Birth Certificate)
* Basic Access NI Check is Required for this role once successful
