In-House Regulatory Solicitor

We are representing a leading healthcare organisation who are seeking a Regulatory Solicitor to join them on a fixed-term contract (12 months).

Role

You will be based in the City of London and will join a busy team of lawyers supporting healthcare professionals including qualified doctors, dentists and practice managers.

You will manage your own caseload of matters including regulatory cases, coroner’s inquests and disciplinary investigations.

Candidate

You must be a qualified solicitor or experienced paralegal with a minimum of 5 years experience.

It is essential that you have experience in medical regulatory law regarding disciplinary and fitness to practice hearings. Advocacy experience is not essential.
