In-House Recruiter

6-month FTC

Location: Edinburgh (hybrid working scheme)

Salary: £43,000

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements for open positions.
  2. Crafting and updating job adverts with a focus on attracting a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
  3. Partnering with job boards to maximise reach and attract a wide range of applicants.
  4. Assisting hiring managers with CV and application screening.
  5. Preparing interview materials and offering support during the interview process.
  6. Coordinating with recruitment agencies regarding permanent, temporary, and contract roles.
  7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
  8. Organising and facilitating recruitment events, such as assessment centres.
  9. Ensuring effective communication with the broader HR team.
  10. Representing the organisation at job fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand.
  11. Staying informed on talent market trends and best practices.
  12. Supporting the Recruitment Manager on various recruitment initiatives and projects.
