In-House Recruiter

CHS Car & Van Accident Repair Centre London Ltd is an award-winning commercial vehicle repair body shop. We work with all the major UK insurers and numerous blue chip businesses, to keep their cars, vans and trucks on the road. We are looking for an In House Recruiter to join our growing support team at the head office in Hoddesdon.

Office Hours: 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

The Role:

• Have the ability to think "outside the box" and be creative
• Organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Knowledge and experience of using Job Sites, and LinkedIn
• Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Be extremely competent on Excel
• Remain calm in a very busy, pressurised environment
• Passion to recruit quality staff to ensure our young people receive the best care
• Team player
• Proactive
• Resourcing experience in a recruitment environment is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Posting and refreshing Job Advertisements
• Updating Candidate database
• Screening advert responses
• Undertaking searches for candidates against the companies' job specification using on-line CV databases, social media and other networking platforms
• Making initial contact with screened candidates via telephone/e-mail
• Conducting candidates face to face interviews
• Preparing shortlists of suitable candidates
• Ensuring a professional, seamless candidate journey through our recruitment process

The ideal candidate:

• Experience using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook, Xero or Sage experience preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, assertive and respectful.
• The ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role desirable
• Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude towards problem solving
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
