Job Description:

My client has an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who has quality private client experience (wills, estates, powers of attorney). This vacancy is an in-house position and can be done on a 100% remote basis should that be the successful candidate’s preference.
As one of the largest providers of private client services outside of traditional private practice law firms, my client is a truly household name across the country and has an excellent legal services branch which is going from strength to strength.
Candidates interested in applying for this role can expect to be involved in the documenting and drafting of wills, powers of attorney and additional estate planning documentation, all of which will have a varying degree of complexity. There will be the expectation to communicate and build relationships with clients and other external partners, as well as the ability to manage a caseload and accurately maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters is essential for this role.
Along with a competitive salary, there are a number of bespoke and competitive benefits associated with working for my client, which include 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 32 in line with service) and a pension with up to 10% contribution from my client.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for any private client paralegals looking for an organisation that will provide further training and support, and there is the possibility of securing a training contract through their established trainee programme.
For further information about this role, please contact Samuel Higgins at Hays Legal.
