In-house Paralegal

The In-house Paralegal will support the legal team in managing a variety of legal matters, including disputes, property, commercial, and employment law. This role offers the chance to develop legal skills across multiple specialisms while contributing to the organisation's success.

Description

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents.
2. Provide legal advice to various business units on commercial, employment, and property matters.
3. Support the legal team in managing disputes and compliance issues.
4. Conduct legal research and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risks are effectively managed.

Profile

• Successful In-house Paralegal will have at least 18 months of paralegal experience in a commercial environment, across either commercial contracts, employment or litigation specialisms.
• You will need to be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and understand business requirements.
• Skilled in building positive relationships and collaborating with colleagues.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to develop legal expertise across various specialisms.
