In-house Legal Counsel

I'm working with a successful Staffordshire business to find a legal counsel to join their existing team. This is a great opportunity for lawyers from a variety of areas of law to make the move in-house as the General Counsel there is happy to help with the transition to in-house work. Therefore we invite applications from lawyers with 1-6 PQE in the following areas:

1. Corporate
2. Commercial litigation
3. Restructuring
4. Banking
5. Projects

Commercial contracts lawyers are also invited to apply. The most important things are excellent training, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate at all levels, including board-level executives. This is a business with an open-door policy, and therefore the team are in the office in Staffordshire 4 times per week.
