In-house Legal Assistant

A rare development opportunity for a paralegal or legal assistant from a commercial background to join a global retailer based in South Manchester.

This well-known brand seeks a Legal Advisor to assist with legal tasks and queries for the business. Reporting to the Legal Advisor, this is an excellent opportunity to hone commercial skills in a supportive in-house environment.

The role will be varied and provide multi-jurisdictional exposure to a number of areas including:

1. Commercial contracts;
2. Property;
3. Agreements with social media and influencers;
4. IP.

We're looking for a paralegal or legal assistant with a law degree and at least 12 months experience gained either in-house or in practice in a commercial discipline, preferably commercial contracts, corporate or real estate. You should be organised and open to new ideas and learning.
