In House Investment Analyst (Oil Producer)

A PE backed Oil & Gas production business with assets on two continents. The company is going from strength to strength and this role will be a new hire to join their London-based head office. As a private equity backed business, the organisation has an entrepreneurial approach and is always looking to grow their portfolio.

Your new role

Working as part of the Corporate Finance team, this role will be exposed to many aspects of the company, from Finance to Bids and will really be looking to contribute to the strategic growth of the business.

Duties

• Production and management of strategic company models, including operational and valuation
• Support on M&A transactions, working with the Head of Corporate Finance
• Day-to-day liaison with the banking term sheet and negotiations
• Support finance function on financial planning and analysis

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a corporate finance professional from either a banking, consultancy or similar in-house function. Demonstrable experience of financial modelling and supporting decision making is essential.
