Our Client

Our Client, a well-respected systematic business in London, is looking for a strong private practice funds Associate to join the team.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• New fund formation
• Investment advisory, distribution and brokerage agreements
• Fund regulatory advisory (EMIR, MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD)

Your Profile

• 3-7 years PQE in a recognised private practice Funds Team
• Track record of fund formation, negotiation of investment mandates and side letters
• European and US regulated funds and securities knowledge
• 1-2 years' experience in-house would be highly desirable
