NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a In House Commercial Lawyer to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
We are now looking for an In House Commercial Lawyer with experience in procurement law to join the team and help shape our long-term procurement strategies.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of procurement law to advise on the form of procurements that will help design the procurement processes of the future and ensure NHS Supply Chain’s position as a world-class procurement organisation tackling the dual opportunities that the Procurement Act and Provider Selection Regime offer the NHS.
