In-House Banking & Finance Lawyer – Investment Bank – London

Our Client

We are currently partnered with a leading International Bank who are looking for a strong Banking & Finance Lawyer with an interest in taking on a broad range of complex financing transactions (structured, trade, receivables, commodity etc) to join this collegiate, successful and high calibre team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Banking & Finance lawyer of circa 3-5 PQE to join a team that offers fantastic exposure across a broad financing space and super team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and assisting with the negotiation of finance documents, including but not limited to facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, receivables purchase agreements, supply chain financing agreements and similar financing agreements.
  • Reviewing and advising in respect of other finance transaction documents, for example, ancillary documents and legal opinions;
  • Supporting the business on broader, ad-hoc banking and finance projects whilst potentially reviewing and advising in respect of other transaction documents.

Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 PQE of relevant experience in Banking & Finance, having trained and qualified in a leading law firm or In-house institution.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Solid legal experience ideally with secondment/in-house experience.
  • Ambitious, motivated and the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
