About the role

Responsible for managing the process of placing, processing and fulfilling MTECH orders with Geely International and ensuring accuracy, timeliness and satisfaction.

Responsible for import order management from the China manufacturing plant to the UK dealers.
Liaise with the Sales Operations team about the domestic logistics to the dealer and accurately input and process orders for vehicles from Geely International.
Track the status of orders throughout the fulfilment process, including international shipping, customs clearance, and providing updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or issues that may arise during the order fulfilment process.
Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and inventory transactions
Identify areas for improvement in the order management process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Experience to succeed

3+ years of experience in order management in the automotive industry
Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business
Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus
Bachelor’s degree or above
Attention to details withcommunication and organisational skills
