The Role:

The Implementation & System Specialist is responsible for designing and executing detailed implementation plans that align with customer goals and needs. This role plays a key part in project managing implementations, ensuring they stay on track while collaborating closely with assigned Customer Success Managers (CS) for guidance and support.

Additionally, the role will provide valuable insights to the development team, helping to improve product functionality based on customer usage and end-user experience. By leveraging their expertise and industry knowledge, the specialist ensures that we continue to deliver the best possible solutions for our customers. The role will also be a part of writing user stories of new functionality and reviewing product designs together with the Product Owner on dedicated new functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute detailed implementation plans with clear timelines, ensuring alignment with customer goals and needs.
  2. Collaborate with the assigned CS to ensure projects remain on track and key milestones are met, providing additional support and consultation when needed.
  3. Design scalable structures for large customer accounts, minimizing administrative redesign and maximizing efficiency in the long term.
  4. Attend customer calls when required to give advice and consultation on complex topics such as API usage and integrations.
  5. Provide valuable insight to the development team to ensure we maintain a top-quality and applicable product for our target industry, involving:
    1. Working closely with the Product Owner and design team issuing feedback on necessary alterations.
    2. Providing valuable insight of customer usage and industry use cases.
    3. Taking part in feature workshops and request meetings.
  6. Advise the CEO, CTO & Product Owner on product development.
  7. Support product development by ensuring alignment with industry needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong project management skills with the ability to create and maintain implementation roadmaps.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  3. Proficiency in process design and optimization, ensuring scalable and efficient customer account structures.
  4. Ability to problem-solve and think strategically, ensuring long-term success for both customers and CS Managers.
  5. Experience of large-scale digital implementation.
  6. Experience from the Construction Material Industry or Heavy Industry.
  7. Desirable: Advanced CheckProof knowledge.
