Role Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Treasury Fulfilment organisation as an Implementation Project Consultant (IPC). We support complex projects for all the respective Fulfilment teams based in Bromley and Chester, so we are spread across both locations. The IPCs have project management skills, and we pride ourselves on acting as an advocate for our clients internally, ensuring that all teams across the globe work together to deliver results on time based on our clients demands.

Responsibilities:

1. You will support all aspects of our client’s global needs during the initial onboarding phase and the implementation of any new products or services.
2. You will engage business partners and clients alike during project implementation.
3. You will deliver timely project updates and reports, both verbally and electronically to our clients and key business partners.
4. You will plan and manage project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables are met for our client’s projects.
5. You will translate client objectives into comprehensive implementation work plans covering timelines, resources, dependencies, priorities, risks and key milestones.

What we are looking for:

1. You will have a broad understanding of cash and treasury management products.
2. You will have prior experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple deliverables and internal/external stakeholders.
3. You will have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
4. You will have experience within financial services or investment banking, ideally within a role that had exposure to onboarding/KYC of new clients.
