About the job

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico's solution to support and enhance business processes. You will collaborate closely with clients and project teams to design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Implementation (Project) Services

1. Solution Design:
   Analyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
2. Assess existing Miles functionality and propose effective solution directions.
3. Develop configuration solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
4. Partner with Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, and developers to define solution sections in Functional Analyses and Change Requests.

Configuration Execution:

1. Execute and document configuration solutions.
2. Integrate solutions from various work streams into a cohesive system.
3. Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions.

Solution Delivery:

1. Prepare for and execute solution deployments.
2. Ensure timely delivery and successful handover of solutions to customers.
3. Provide testing support and resolve issues related to configured solutions.

Solution Integrity:

1. Support data migration, document management, and reporting from an in-depth understanding of customer solutions.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers to align project solutions with the product's roadmap and future developments.

Change Request Management:

1. Analyze and refine customer service requests into actionable specifications.
2. Verify Miles' capabilities to propose optimal solution directions.
3. Design, execute, document, and deliver configuration solutions.
4. Collaborate with BAs, TAs, product managers, and developers for enhanced solution implementation.

Customer Interaction:

1. Engage with customers to address complex requirements and provide comprehensive handovers.
2. Provide accurate estimations to Account and Service Desk Managers.
3. Handle customer queries and provide expert advice on solution configurations.
4. Offer guidance on configuration design for customer-led implementations.
5. Support customers in their configuration and development processes.

What else is expected:

1. Proven experience in a configuration or implementation consulting role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
2. Familiar with software implementation lifecycle.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
7. Experience in customer engagement and providing consultative support.
8. Familiarity with ERP software solutions in the automotive or financial services sectors is a plus.
