If you're looking for a clinical role with no night shifts and a set schedule, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your main role will involve visiting schools alongside the immunisation team each day to support them in vaccinating children against diseases such as HPV, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Meningitis, and Measles. From September to December, you'll also assist in administering the flu vaccine to children in both primary and secondary schools.
You'll need to vaccinate children efficiently, typically 12-25 per hour, depending on the vaccination programme. Working well as part of a team and collaborating with your colleagues is essential. You'll also be responsible for carrying out Gillick Competency Assessments with secondary-aged pupils and participating in clinical supervision and audits as required.

We currently have vacancies for Immunisation Nurses in Camden, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster available on a part-time or full-time, permanent or term-time only basis. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team where no two days are the same. You'll work in schools and local communities, providing vaccinations alongside your colleagues. You'll have the autonomy to manage your role but will always have the support you need to do your job well.
