Immigration Senior/Managing Associate Solicitor

Experienced business immigration solicitor with 5+ PQE required to work with this top tier team on high quality caseload of business immigration matters. This business immigration solicitor will join this busy team in either Leeds or Southampton on a hybrid basis.

The main responsibilities of the role are to include:

• Working on a caseload of mainly non-contentious matters, with a small contentious focus
• Caseload will include but not limited to; visa applications, sponsor licenses, right to work and compliance issues
• To be supported by and part of the wider employment team, who you will work in partnership with to help develop existing clients and create new relationships

The candidate:

• 5 years PQE+ in business immigration law. If this has been a part of a wider split employment caseload, please still apply
• To be able to manage your own caseload of business immigration matters with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
