My client, a top US law firm, is actively seeking a highly experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Immigration / Global Mobility Paralegal.

Situated in their London office, you'll be working under the supervision of a Solicitor and assisting with a wide range of UK immigration and nationality applications in their Employment and Benefits department.

As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

1. Drafting UK immigration application forms
2. Preparing document bundles and submitting applications
3. Booking biometric appointments (on behalf of clients)
4. Assisting with meticulously tracking and reporting on VISA expiration data
5. Preparing detailed notes of advice to clients on categories including; Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker, Global Talent, Indefinite Leave To Remain (and more)
6. Drafting articles/blogs on recent developments
7. Assisting with coordinating global immigration matters

To qualify for this Paralegal opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:

1. Be educated to degree level (LLB/GDL)
2. Have proven experience working on UK and/or Global Immigration matters
3. Be able to manage various priorities simultaneously
4. Have experience delivering client services in accordance with SLAs
5. Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
6. Have the ability to anticipate needs of Lawyers and Paralegals
