THE ROLE

As an Audio-Visual Manager, you will closely manage and mentor their close-knit AV team, ensuring top-notch service and performance of audio-visual equipment for all corporate clients and day-to-day attendees, while also providing excellent customer service to their high-end client base.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Taking ownership of projects from the enquiry to delivery
2. Key stakeholder and client liaison
3. To plan for the provision of all AV needs at corporate events
4. Assessing AV equipment prior to event delivery
5. Operational management and day-to-day running of the venue
6. Onsite management of AV Techs and freelancers
7. Risk-management and health & safety requirements
8. Working closely with in-house events teams
9. Handling troubleshooting as and when required
