This role requires a proactive leader who is adaptable, culturally sensitive, and capable of managing group dynamics in diverse and often challenging settings. We are looking for someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep commitment to fostering an enriching and impactful experience for all participants.

Previous experience working in an immersion, language, or cultural camp would be looked upon favorably; however, it is not essential.
