Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Develop innovative recruitment strategies
Promote the organisation's mission and values to potential candidates
Collaborate with team members in the Recruitment Team and Human Resources department
Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment laws and practices
Manage candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities adhere to the company's policies
Report on recruitment activities and metrics
The Successful Applicant
A successful In-House Recruitment Advisor should have:
Proficient skills in managing recruitment processes, either in a business or within an agency environment..
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong understanding of recruitment laws and practices
Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies
