Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies
  • Promote the organisation's mission and values to potential candidates
  • Collaborate with team members in the Recruitment Team and Human Resources department
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment laws and practices
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities adhere to the company's policies
  • Report on recruitment activities and metrics

The Successful Applicant

A successful In-House Recruitment Advisor should have:

  • Proficient skills in managing recruitment processes, either in a business or within an agency environment..
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong understanding of recruitment laws and practices
  • Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies
