Job description

Our city-based, boutique finance client is urgently seeking an experienced administrator and office all-rounder, ideally with HR exposure, to start immediately. Reporting into the HR Manager, the role involves working collaboratively and sharing duties that combine HR administration, office management, and some business support (PA) to the CEO.

The successful candidate will be available immediately and have strong experience as an all-rounder/administrator, assisting with facilities, office management, reception, and liaising with suppliers. Diary and travel coordination would be an advantage. A hands-on, non-hierarchical attitude is essential, along with a genuine team player mentality. Flexibility, professionalism, a good sense of humor, and the ability to work at pace while multitasking and maintaining an excellent eye for detail are crucial.

Mon-Thurs office based, Fri work from home.

Finance background an advantage.
