Immediate ongoing Temp EA role in Paddington

We are currently looking for an ongoing temp EA role in an Energy firm which will be for 6-8 months with potential to go perm. This is a hybrid role working 9-6 and will be paying 50-60k. EA's will need 3-5 years of solid EA experience for this position.

The Role

1. Screening inquiries, emails, and requests professionally
2. Meet and greet division / unit / department visitors
3. Manage the Director’s and the team’s calendars
4. Handle the setting up of all types of business meetings
5. Organise events
6. Process invoices
