Job description

Mitchell Adam are currently supporting a well-known property business based in Birmingham city centre who are searching for an Interim Client Accountant to support the finance function during a busy year-end period.

You will be responsible for your clients' property portfolio, reconciling the service charge, creating/amending the budgets, and completing recharges as required, as well as assisting with year-end. On a monthly basis, you will also complete bespoke reporting for your clients from accruals and prepayments to P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.

Ideally, you will;

• Be looking for progression and be part qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• Have previous experience within the Accounts department within a Property Management business.
• Be a confident communicator, as the business-partnering element of your role will be to liaise with clients and senior stakeholders regularly.
• Be system savvy; due to the reporting, a good level of Excel is needed alongside the use of bespoke client systems.
