Job Purpose

TechnipFMC IDS created our graduate scheme to help us develop our organisation's next generation of technical leaders. The program's goal is to ensure we provide the support and opportunities to allow our graduates to progress either as domain experts or future leaders of our company. TechnipFMC will invest in training plans consisting of externally recognised qualifications and internal development programs during the graduate program. Candidates in the program will get the opportunity to work in differing areas of the organisation, allowing them more exposure to develop than those on traditional jobs or defined career paths.

Job Description

Every day will bring new and exciting challenges. As part of our IDS team, you will contribute to the continual improvement of our IDS service, helping us to deploy new technical solutions and best practices operating procedures into our environment:

  1. Learn, support, and use the latest technologies;
  2. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to enhance our service;
  3. Work on critical, complex systems that support TechnipFMC operations;
  4. Bring new thinking to how we operate and challenge our norms;
  5. Capacity to control business requirements within operating constraints whilst striving to maintain focus on objective;
  6. Confidence to challenge and propose change to commonly held IDS conventions where appropriate;
  7. Drive projects that improve the efficiency of how we manage our environment;

Experience:

  • Experience of working in corporate environment preferred but not essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience in IT related field.
