Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid Working offered at discretion of the client)

Hours: Rotating shifts between 06:00-23:00, Monday-Sunday, 365 days a year (including public holidays)

About the Role

As an Identity Verification Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 20 ID Verification Administrators. You will play a key role in ensuring that ID verification processes are followed correctly, performance targets are met, and security standards are upheld.

Key Tasks

  1. Supervise and lead a team of ID Verification Administrators, ensuring compliance with strict process controls.
  2. Act as an escalation point for complex verification cases and operational issues.
  3. Monitor team performance, attendance, and service levels, implementing improvements as needed.
  4. Develop, update, and deliver training materials for new and existing staff.
  5. Conduct identity verification applications with meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory frameworks.
  7. Adapt to and implement frequently changing processes and procedures.
