  2. Lead the team in managing user access provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and the full user lifecycle, while overseeing identity governance and privileged access management.
  3. Act as a subject-matter expert on all IDAM disciplines, including identity lifecycle, governance, access management (SSO, MFA), and identity verification.
  4. Collaborate across HR, IT, R&D, Procurement, and Security teams to align security requirements and drive the adoption of IDAM systems within the business.
  5. Evaluate and implement emerging IDAM technologies to enhance security, user experience, and service efficiency.
  6. Provide governance over IDAM platforms, support services, and operational performance (KPIs, SLAs), while delivering regular status reports to stakeholders.
  7. Foster business engagement, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the understanding of IAM systems to facilitate decision-making.
  8. Manage team capacity, skill development, and financial reporting for IDAM activities, while collaborating with the IT Office team to optimize vendor partnerships and services.
  9. Stay informed on digital trends and assess the potential impact of new technologies on IDAM services.

Essential Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 8+ years of IDAM experience, either operational and / or consulting.
  3. Hands-on expertise in IDAM concepts including federation, authentication, authorization, access controls, and the identity provisioning life-cycle.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance solutions (IGA), configuration, security, integration, reporting, and testing methodologies.
  5. Experience with IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, PingIdentity, CyberArk) and on-prem/SaaS implementations.
  6. Strong understanding of business processes, identity-first security, IT controls, risk management, and compliance standards.
  7. Experience with authentication technologies and solutions (e.g., Azure AD, federated identity management).
  8. Familiarity with audits, compliance standards, and risk management.
  9. Strong people and technical management expertise.
  10. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at a cross functional level.
  11. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with users, professionals, and IT teams.
  13. Strategic thinking ability, incorporating business needs into technical roadmaps and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  14. Ability to translate security-related matters into business terms, ensuring clear and understandable communication with executives.
  15. Adept at working with program management and IT Office to maintain delivery and financial commitments.
  16. Leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, direct complex projects, and drive initiatives forward.

Desired skills
  1. Experience with HR technology platforms like Workday.
  2. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in IDAM.
  3. Experience with at least two large-scale IGA solution implementations.
