Role and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, deliver, and assess engaging ICT lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
2. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
3. Develop students' ICT skills, including coding, programming, digital literacy, and technology use.
4. Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the overall curriculum and school culture.
5. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their development.
6. Promote and contribute to extracurricular activities such as coding clubs or tech-related events.

Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified teacher with a relevant degree (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Passionate about ICT and technology, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
• Experience teaching ICT at secondary level (Key Stage 3 and 4).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to professional development and continuing education.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
