About you:

We’re seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our ICT team and make a tangible impact on our colleagues, customers, and organisation. You will assist the ICT department in providing 1st level technical support.

The right person for this role will have practical ICT experience, preferably within a helpdesk environment, with experience in Microsoft Office Support. They will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, and thrive within a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Providing user support across a range of ICT hardware and software
  2. Positively support and contribute to the delivery of the Digital Strategy
  3. Support internet connectivity around schemes
  4. Promote and support the proactive use of ICT across the business
