As a Digital Programme Officer in Ceredigion County Council, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive programme of digital projects aimed at enhancing public services and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of various digital initiatives, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the council. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovation and implement cutting-edge digital solutions. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
In addition to project management, the Digital Programme Officer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of digital transformation within the organisation. This includes advocating for the adoption of new technologies, identifying training and support for staff, and continuously evaluating the impact of digital projects on service delivery and strategic delivery.

In addition to the above, we require an individual with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language.
A successful applicant without the required Welsh language skill will be fully supported to reach the desired standard within two years of appointment.
