MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Within Unilever’s Away from Home business, you will develop & grow the Impulse Ice Cream Range in the Away from Home channel with existing customer and prospective customers. As the Midlands Sales specialist your role’s primary focus is to lead and evolve the regional field sales team (3rd Party) within the independent leisure market, whilst account managing the top 5 independent regional customers. Accountable for the execution of the field sales strategy to achieve the 5-year ambition for the channel.
This is achieved by the ability to provide excellent line management to the team, both in terms of performance, engagement, and development. To build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the away from home team. Externally you establish new customer contacts and relationships, whilst maintaining existing relationships. An ability to network and build great customer relationships based on a deep understanding of their Away from Home portfolio needs is critical. Securing agreement to the Joint Business Plan (JBP) and the execution of this JBP drives the growth required.
