Hygiene Operative

Gi Group are currently seeking a Hygiene Operative to join our well established, growing client in Cam, Gloucestershire (GL11).

Job details of Hygiene Operative:

1. Pay rate - £11.50 per hour
2. Various day-time hours - 4 hour shifts
3. Working Days - Monday to Friday
4. Location - Cam, Dursley Gloucestershire - GL11 5NA
5. Contract length - Temp to Perm

Responsibilities of Hygiene Operative:

1. Carrying out cleaning in line with schedules and work instructions
2. Recording the completion of cleaning activities and ensuring due diligence
3. Reporting and recording incomplete tasks to ensure effective corrective action can be taken
4. Ensuring effective segregation and correct disposal of waste
5. Recording and reporting food safety, pest, environmental or health and safety issues to management
6. Ensuring equipment, surfaces and work space are thoroughly cleaned to company standard
7. Ensuring the constant availability of cleaning chemicals/materials at all times
8. Ensuring the safe preparation, handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and completing the relevant paperwork

Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
