Hybrid Key Account Manager in Birmingham

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Hybrid Key Account Manager in Birmingham to join a successful and well-established maintenance services company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with fire and security industry experience to step into a rewarding role focused on relationship management, project sales, and business development.

Working Hours: 9-day working fortnight
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
  • Design and sell bespoke fire and security service solutions
  • Report directly to the Group Sales Director, managing your own pipeline
  • Work across unrestricted areas and industries to maximise sales growth
  • Ensure exceptional client support and long-term satisfaction

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Demonstrable experience in service and project selling
  • Strong product and service development knowledge
  • High level of self-motivation and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must live within easy commuting distance of central Birmingham
