Hybrid Case Manager - Wigan

OH Medical is currently recruiting for a Case Manager to work with our client a rapidly growing case management provider in the Wigan area. This is a hybrid position where you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Wigan, the remaining days can be spent working from home if required. There will be a requirement to travel to visit clients in the North West region.

As a Case Manager, you will work with clients who have been through a traumatic experience helping them to manage their conditions, and making recommendations to solicitors surrounding what assistance, equipment, and rehabilitation services your client would benefit from in the most cost-effective way.

1. To assess your clients' abilities, and difficulties in relation to their goal of achieving independence in their day-to-day life as a part of your clients' claim for compensation.
2. Creating and maintaining a suitable Case Management Plan to enable your client to achieve their optimum level of independence by using a goal-setting process and documenting outcome measures.
3. To take account of expert evidence advice provided as part of the litigation process.
4. To co-ordinate a structured approach to the development of individuals and to keep accurate records of supervision provided, making sure to take account of all current and relevant legislation.

This opportunity does not require you to have previous experience in a specific sector however, you must have good clinical experience and knowledge of one of the following sectors:

1. Clinical experience in your specific sector.
2. Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
3. RGN Nursing Qualification.
4. CQSW / DipSW or other relevant Social Care qualifications.
5. Qualification in Clinical / Neuro Psychology.
6. Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
7. HCPC / CSP Registration.
8. Ability to develop good relations with clients.
9. Ability to travel to client sites across the North West.

1. Up to £42,000 (Dependant on qualifications and experience).
