Are you a skilled HVAP Shift Leader with a passion for facilities maintenance and data centres? Trevett Services is working with a market leader in the FM and building maintenance industry who is currently looking for a technical HVAP shift leader to join their team working on a critical data centre contract. The engineer will join a business that offers market-leading training to assist with the development of their engineers. Additionally, the business has great routes for internal progression opportunities. This role provides the chance for engineers to work on a flagship contract and increase their potential earnings.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and repairs on different electrical systems in a critical data centre environment.
2. Carry out switching across HV/LV systems.
3. Work with electrical systems up to 11Kv.
4. Work on critical systems including Cooling Towers, HV systems, CRAC Units, UPS Systems, and generators.
5. Lead a team of technical electrical engineers.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an HVAP engineer.
2. Previous experience with carrying out HV switching.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical and critical systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to lead and motivate a team of electrical engineers.
6. Must have a current and in-date HV ticket as well as being fully electrically qualified.
