We have an immediate need for an HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Apprentice. We are looking for an honest, energetic, and motivated individual who can perform well and learn in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Learn how to diagnose, Test, Adjust, and Balance system components to achieve optimal system performance
• Inspect systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment performance data to determine proper balancing techniques and project management approaches
• Prepare paperwork for field use from mechanical drawings and specifications provided by contractors
• Learn and execute all required NEBB and company standards and practices
• Establish effective working relationships with contractors, peers, and sub-contractors

Compensation

Pay Range $20 - $34k /Hr. to start and dependent on experience. There will be many opportunities for overtime pay.

Experience Qualifications:

• 2 years+ field HVAC experience or HVAC diploma
• Willingness to travel to job sites for the working week
• Possess a mathematical aptitude
• Possess basic computer knowledge
• Adhere to OSHA job site safety requirements
• Driver's license with a clean driving record, and 100% drug-free

Physical Requirements:

The use of ladders is required to complete the task of Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing of air and hydronic systems. All employees must possess the ability to safely use ladders. Must be able to lift, move, and carry equipment (up to 50 pounds).
