LaPlante Electric Inc. is currently seeking a full-time entry-level HVAC Tech to join our team in Scarborough, ME. We offer a competitive pay range of $20 - $28 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

YOUR SCHEDULE

You will work a full-time entry-level schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required during peak times.

YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC TECH

As an entry-level HVAC Tech, you will spend your days troubleshooting, installing, and repairing various HVAC systems, including traditional systems, ductless heat pumps, and electrical components. You will be responsible for ensuring the systems operate efficiently and safely, while working closely with a skilled team of technicians to complete each task with precision and care.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• HVACR/Electrician Technology Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent apprenticeship experience
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to take responsibility for your work and perform tasks with integrity and reliability
