Air Conditioning and Ventilation specialist business providing design, installation, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation solutions.

Office based in NW London.

Projects range from £50k - £3m.

Growing business which presents opportunity for progression.

Position:

Project Manager

Location - London.

To oversee and manage the delivery of up to 6 projects at any one time with an overall value of up to £2m.

Reporting to Operations Director.

Must have previous experience working on similar projects.

HVAC or Mechanical background required.

Responsible for Sub-contract management.

Package:

£59,000.

£5,000 car allowance.

London Underground travel card.

Bonus Structure based on profit margins.
