Our client is a small family owned and managed company who carry out a wide range of mechanical and technical services to both domestic and commercial clients in the South West. They are looking for an experienced HVAC / Gas Service Manager with demonstrable leadership skills to lead a professional team of engineers. Their focus is to provide a quality service to their customers at all times.

Responsibilities - HVAC / Gas Service Manager
- To manage the daily delivery of service and breakdown operations for the company.
- To run a small experienced team of engineers who carry out emergency, urgent, routine, planned and cyclical jobs for domestic and commercial clients.
- Deliver an effective service whilst managing expenditure.
- P&L responsibility for all service and breakdown operations. In addition, ensuring all incoming applications for payment are checked and signed off in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and growing client relationships to ensure contract extensions, remedial works and installations. Including to represent the Company at site meetings.
- Carrying out technical inspections and spot checks.
- Reporting on department performance.
