ThreeSixty Talent are thrilled to be working with a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a HVAC Engineer.

About the Role:

As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising mechanical and electrical systems within complex commercial HVAC installations. Your role will involve conducting proactive performance testing and managing ongoing scheduled maintenance to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

What You'll Do:
  1. System Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, adjust, and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used in building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This includes calibrating related instruments, gauges, and control components.
  2. Ongoing Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with all relevant codes and safety regulations.
  3. Troubleshooting Expertise: Diagnose equipment failures and determine the best course of action for necessary modifications or repairs.
  4. Innovative Solutions: Use your in-depth knowledge of HVAC principles and procedures to tackle complex assignments and develop innovative solutions.
  5. Operational Impact: Contribute to a variety of customer, operational, project, or service activities across your team and related teams.
  6. Guideline Adherence: Operate within broad guidelines and policies while effectively communicating complex or sensitive information.
What You'll Need:
  1. Prerequisite - NVQ or City & Guilds in HVAC Engineering.
  2. Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services.
  3. Good team member with excellent communication skills with all levels of the workforce.
  4. Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
  5. First Aid certification.
  6. CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
  7. Air Handling Unit experience is necessary.
  8. Desirable: 17th/18th edition electrical qualification.
